Nobody is perfect – and contracts aren't, either.
Projects seldom go exactly as planned, project owners must react quickly and also correctly when variances occur. The prudent design and competent implementation of contracts, the ability to ensure that your own requirements are met consistently, and the ability to effectively meet the requirements of others are of essential importance.
In this seminar, you will learn the fundamentals of structured contract management and will learn what aspects of contract design and implementation are crucial in actual practice. Working from practical examples, you will learn methods for identifying contract risks and assessing, preparing, and enforcing your own claims in this context and for recognizing and following up on claims from other parties at an early stage. At the end of the seminar, you will have an overview of relevant contractual provisions for customer project business and will be able to effectively apply claim management in your projects and to plan and implement corresponding measures.
