The resource manager provides managers and team leaders with a quick overview of available resources, capacity utilisation and the capacities of their colleagues, and aids them in their decision making by providing simple simulation options and graphical analysis functions.

The resource manager's simple to use simulation options will make it much easier for you to plan you capacities and will provide you with a sound basis for decision making regarding your ability to supply the resources required for various projects.

resource manager furthermore allows you to decide whether to plan resources as a team or head of division, or whether they are planned by your colleagues and are then imported in your higher-level view.

DATABASE CONNECTION:
resource manager can optionally also be linked to a SQL database. This makes it possible to, on the one hand, manage historical statuses, and on the other, to consolidate resource planning over several corporate hierarchies (e.g. team – division – unit – company).
