Its graphical analysis functions include a strategy portfolio and various simulation options for testing a project’s feasibility.

Multi-project controlling
project handbook enables you to import projects of your choice from the project handbook through the XML interface and to analyse your portfolio by the press of a button across various views. The project pipeline, project gantt chart or project table deliver important key portfolio indicators or KPIs and allow you to effectively and integrally control your portfolio.

Portfolio reporting and coordination
project handbook means that you will no longer need separate tools for planning, controlling, documenting and reporting! The project handbook’s To-Do and decision list allows you to record your project steering committee meeting online and to forward your minutes with the generated portfolio performance report, which details all of the most important results and decisions concerning your portfolio.

Database connection
Optionally, project portfolio can also be linked to a SQL database. In doing so, you will, on the one hand, create a history for your portfolio and, on the other, can consolidate information on various portfolios in a master portfolio (e.g. corporate portfolio: product development portfolio, customer portfolio, strategy portfolio, …).
