Approach and is an MS Excel-based project handbook that enables companies to efficiently plan and document projects throughout a projects life. It allows you to easily and transparently process project information right from the start of the project, i.e. starting with the project charter, the project’s planning and controlling  (updating project plans and project performance report), to its closing (Lessons Learned and project closing report).
