What does pm k.i.s.s.^® stand for?

Christian Sterrer and pmcc consulting have developed a special project management approach for small and medium sized projects. This process is designed to help project managers to complete small and medium-sized projects professionally – while at the same time keeping project management straightforward and to a minimum.

pm k.i.s.s.^® stands for: Project Management - keeping it short and simple

Our experience has shown that professionally managing projects of that size in particular is still being viewed as requiring substantial extra work. This is where pm k.i.s.s. comes into its own as – by keeping it short and simple – it helps project managers to implement projects successfully, using a minimum of resources and finishing them on time.

pm k.i.s.s. is an abbreviated, lean project management approach for small and medium-sized projects. A pm k.i.s.s. plan takes no more than 120 minutes to create and can be controlled in as little as 30 to 60 minutes.

The pm k.i.s.s.^® package

Our pm k.i.s.s. package comprises four individual parts:

• pm k.i.s.s. - The approach
  The pm k.i.s.s.-approach is tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized projects and helps small and medium-sized companies in particular (but also large companies) to remain flexible, act in line with requirements and focus on results.
  
  
• pm k.i.s.s. Training
  During the pm k.i.s.s. training course, you will be taught an adapted set of PM methods and learn how to practically apply and implement these PM processes in your projects. During this process, you will be supported by your own licensed pm k.i.s.s. Tool, which, together with the pm k.i.s.s. Manual, rounds off the training course.
  
  
• pm k.i.s.s. Tool
  Your personally licensed pm k.i.s.s. Tool is an MS Excel-based project handbook that will enable you to efficiently plan and document your entire project throughout its life.
  
  
• pm k.i.s.s. Manual
  The pm k.i.s.s. Manual is a reference work and compact guidebook for managing small and medium-sized projects that will help you to manage all of your future projects professionally and efficiently.
