Our training program draws on a range of high quality training concepts that effectively meet the requirements of both projects and programmes of varying levels of complexity. Our answer to the constantly growing demand for highly qualified professionals who are versed in the latest project management- and process management concepts is to offer our clients tailor-made training programs that will provide them with the foundations for a long-term career. In this respect, there is furthermore a particular need for new kind of concepts for addressing low complexity projects that effectively capture these projects’ development potential.

Our Approach

Our vocational training program includes a range of certified courses for managing projects of varying levels of complexity and programmes, as well as for managing project and process-oriented organisations. Our training courses are designed to equip project- and process managers with the skills and expertise needed for knowing how and when to employ their social and methodological competencies and to be able to successfully meet the demands presented by the complexity of the projects entrusted to them.

Furthermore, clients wishing to receive training that is tailored specifically to their particular industry or sector, or who would like to focus on particular types of projects or industry-specific issues, and would like to actively integrate their learning into their internal procedures, can also book these courses to be taught in-house.
