It takes an orchestra to play a symphony.
Complex tasks, temporary working relationships – the professional world increasingly requires people from various departments, hierarchies, and companies to work together. One of the key challenges for project and process managers is knowing how to build an effective team and ensure goal-oriented action from a diverse group of people without having managerial authority outside of the line organisation. In this seminar – building on the fundamental concepts covered in the e-learning module – you will learn the essential techniques of lateral leadership, communication, motivation, and team development. You will examine your personal management style and learn how to strengthen your leadership acceptance in targeted role-playing exercises. Constructive feedback will broaden the choices for your course of action and enable you to integrate the input you receive into your personal leadership concept so that you can guide your team to success in a goal-oriented way.
