Digital leadership – Mindset 4.0 for project managers.
As if the management of projects were not challenging enough in and of itself, working in a virtual project environment introduces an additional degree of complexity. It takes a new understanding of leadership to manage people who work in separate locations and different time zones, who can often only communicate in an auxiliary language, and who have very different values, convictions, and expectations. This seminar will give you the necessary skills to effectively communicate and constructively collaborate with others across physical distances and cultural boundaries. You will learn to adapt your leadership skills to the needs of virtual teams, to build trust and establish connections with suitable leadership tools, and to guide the team’s actions. With knowledge about the particular characteristics of virtual and international projects, you will be equipped to establish a new form of cooperation in an effective team.
