Success = Quality x Acceptance
It takes more than just a structured approach to the planning and controlling of the scope, schedule, and costs for projects to be successful. It is much more important to understand and account for the needs of a wide range of stakeholders – from important decision makers and key points of contact within and outside of the company to customers and users of the project deliverables. In this seminar, you will learn to identify the stakeholders of your project and better understand their needs using clearly structured methods and practical resources. You will expand your repertoire of methods for dealing with resistance and objections, allowing you to react to challenging situations more flexibly. The exchange of experiences with other participants and the newly acquired knowledge from the seminar will help you to implement results on a long-term basis and confidently guide your project towards success.
