Take the reins!
In order to be successful, you need associates who believe in what you are doing. And with professional moderation and presentation techniques, you can even win over would-be sceptics. Whether presenting project deliverables or organising workshops, the key in the crucial moment is to persuade listeners, convey information, and convince the audience of your ideas. In this practice-oriented seminar, you will learn how to use individual and interactive speaking techniques in your presentations in order to capture people’s attention, express your ideas clearly and effectively, and properly position your results. Equipped with knowledge about effective moderation techniques, you will head up meetings in a professional and confident manner in future and lead discussions in a way that is focused on results, thus creating a positive working atmosphere and increasing the efficiency of your meetings. In the course of targeted, experience-oriented case studies and an informative video analysis, you will intensively work to optimise your skills in moderation and presentation situations in a practice-oriented setting.
