One role is no longer enough!
Managers take on key roles in project- and process-oriented organisations. They bear responsibility in the line organisation, define strategic requirements for processes, and bear the overall responsibility for projects in their role as project sponsor. But how can project sponsors contribute to the success of a project? In this seminar, you will learn about the tasks managers should perform in the context of projects in order to ensure optimal cooperation between the line organisation and project organisation. Having an overview of the basic principles of project management enables you to create and demand a uniform project culture. With a new awareness of your complex spectrum of tasks and responsibilities within the course of a project, you can actively shape your key role together with project managers and project teams in future.
