It takes effective solutions to bring challenging projects to a successful close even in critical situations.
There is no universal recipe for successful projects. But there are many situations in projects that progress in a similar way, and if they are identified early on they will not derail a project's success. In this seminar, you will expand your knowledge of single project management and will improve your ability to apply methods in precarious project situations. Risk and crisis management skills will significantly increase your confidence about even being able to bring projects that are at risk to a successful conclusion. A well-thought-out project marketing strategy helps to effectively communicate project objectives and results and to ensure acceptance among internal and external stakeholders, thus making a substantial contribution to the success of the project. Equipped with knowledge of all relevant aspects of an adequate risk and crisis management process and project marketing process as well as proven, practice-oriented resources, standards, and checklists, you will be optimally prepared to master even especially challenging projects in future.
