The only constant is change.
Internationalisation, digitalisation, ecological and social changes – life is changing at a rapid pace. A lot of things are happening, some things will remain the same, some things are changing. The question is no longer whether we want change, but rather how we can prepare for and shape transformation. However, changes also trigger uncertainties, and project managers execute many a balancing act in an effort to smooth out tensions, resolve conflicting goals, and dispel active and passive resistance. In this seminar, you will learn how to provide security and motivation even in turbulent times in order to successfully shape transformation. You will discover more about the success factors of change processes, learn how to plan them, how to implement them successfully together with your co-workers, and how to deal with resistance professionally. From establishing a change culture to successfully communicating difficult messages – you will expand your methodological and behavioural skills for dealing with change!
